FOREIGNERS RETIRING in the Philippines can own Real Estate Properties |

A resident retiree or holder of the SRRV can invest in real estate properties in the Philippines as one his privileges or benefits, namely:- Purchase, acquisition and ownership of a condominium unit;
- Long-Term Lease of house and lot, condominium or townhouse, which should not be for a period shorter than (20) years;
- Purchase, acquisition and ownership of golf or country club share/s;
